Gottingen is located in the south of the State of Lower Saxony in Germany, near the Harz Mountains.

The beautiful city center is surrounded by a medieval rampart. The Hostel37 is situated just a few steps outside that wall, so that all the most interesting places in the city are within walking distance.

The hostel can be easily reached from Gottingen central train station.
Simply leave the station through the "City" exits and keep right. There is a big intersection after about 300 meters, and here you can already see the hostel.

The central bus station for city and overland lines is located halfway betwen the railway station and the hostel.

Exit the Autobahn A7 at the exit "Göttingen" and then drive about 3 km straight ahead towards the city. The hostel is right after the railway overpass. To reach the parking lot, pass the hostel and turn right after the next house.

If you're not using the Autobahn, just look out for signs to "Hauptbahnhof" and you should have no trouble finding our house.
